I went there to test drive a new Santa Fe, 2012. I fell in love with the V6 limited, with 276hp. I was amazed at how much pickup this vehicle had compared to the CRV/Honda which had no power. The inside of the Santa Fe impressed me greatly with the moonroof, voice activated navigational, USB ports, easy to use features--what a luxury vehicle with a real sporty feel. Lois, my salesman was very knowledgable and I even asked him to drive it after I did so I could see how well it rode from sitting in the passenger seat.
I was blown away with the speed in an SUV!!! He told me i should get about 26 mpg, on the ECO mode. I didn't believe him because I had a Honda Odyssey and never saw anything close to that. I will have to say that Lois was Right!! I am getting close to 30mpg on most highway trips, and I have seen 33 mpg as well. The ride is fantastic--and I will be forever grateful to this dealership for their honesty -- non pressure -- great demo -- great knowledge of the Hyundai lineup of vehicles. I met the management team after I bought my Santa Fe, they gave me also top of the line booklets in a case with a pen. My neighbors referred me to this dealership. I am very happy I had an opportunity to go and buy from them. I spent three months looking for a replacement of my Honda Odyssey and fell in love with the Santa Fe immediately.

I recently had my Explorer serviced at Salem Ford. I have never received such exceptional service for car repairs. I actually delayed calling for the repair appointment because it is usually very inconvenient. I knew specifically what part needed to be replaced and made the initial call to check if the part was available and what the cost would be. I spoke with Mike. Even though it was apparent that he was very busy, he was extremely nice and apologetic, asking if he could call me back in a few minutes with the information. When he called back, he not only had the information i needed, but worked with me around my schedule to actually get my car in that day! I was very pleased that i was able to bring the car in at about 5pm without having to rearrange my schedule. The part being replaced was the blend door actuator, which requires the entire dashboard be removed in order to replace it. I never expected to have it back the same day. I spoke with Mike again. He didn't make any false promises, just told me they would do their best and it would possibly be the next day, which was fine. Mike was in touch with me twice during the repair to advise me of a small problem that was found and taken care of. Less than 3 hours after I dropped the car off, Mike called to say everything was all set and the car was ready! I was amazed! I have since referred a friend to your service department, and he received exceptional service as well. 

I have never written a review on any product or service before, and I usually avoid doing surveys if at all possible. I arrived home last week to a message on my answering machine that Salem Ford was calling to do a survey. I was hoping they would try again, but didn't receive another call to participate. I took the time to write this review, because the staff in the service department took the time to provide exceptional customer service.

I have never been treated as well at any other car dealership than I was at Salem Hyundai. I have bought 2 other cars new and at those dealerships I was "talked down" to. I have to say Coco treated me with respect from the minute I stepped out of my car. I work in retail so I know how important it is to treat the customer well. Coco answered all my questions, and he showed me all about the car I chose. I really have to say everyone he introduced me to was helpful and very nice. As for recommending your dealership, I have already told every one I talked to about my new car how well I was treated there. Even thought I am repeating myself, I really have to stress how well I was treated, and I am looking forward to returning back to the dealership for when I need my car serviced.

I never enjoyed car shopping. The sales people were pushy and did not seem to care about what I wanted. I am so happy I went to Ford Hyundai in Salem, NH. Cindy (sales person) was so friendly and helpful. She never pushed us to look at anything we were not interested in, and helped us to find the perfect car for our daughter. The manager who helped us was also terrific to work with. I am going back to the dealer this week for another vehicle. I want to congratulate you on the great service you provide.

I was treated the best of any ford dealer I have ever been too. My escape was taken in 9:00 am and was ready by 8:30 pm the same day.The next day I took my grandsons car in for tuneup,brakes and other repairs an it was ready by 9:OO pm. SUE kept me informed as to the repairs and the price. I'll be bring my seven ford auto there from now on. My new cars will come from Salem Ford. Thanks for the great service.
